Thank you for supporting The Inclusive AI Foundation Incorporated (TIAF). These Payment and Donation Terms and Conditions govern all contributions, payments, and transactions made to or with TIAF through our various platforms. By making a donation or payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- Donations
1.1 Non-Refundable Policy
Donations are made voluntarily to support the charitable mission of TIAF and are generally non-refundable.
1.2 Use of Donations
Our budget and ongoing financial health rely on accounting for and accepting irrevocable, non-refundable donations from the public. Contributions to TIAF directly support our mission and may be allocated to the following initiatives, projects, and services:
- Education, Training, and Certification Programs
- Community Empowerment and Collaborations
- Business Support
- Content Development
- Research, Ethics, and Policy Advocacy
- Testing and Product Evaluation
- Grants, Scholarships, and Financial Assistance
- Innovation and Program Development

- Operations and Administrative Support
TIAF reserves the right to use funds where they are most needed.
- Payments for Goods and Services
2.1 Refund Policy
Payments for goods or services are eligible for a refund if the goods or services are not delivered as agreed. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the payment.
- Recurring Donations
Recurring donations can be set up through supported payment platforms.
Donors may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting TIAF or directly through the payment platform used.
- Tax Information
TIAF is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
Our Tax Identification Number (TIN) is 99-4043804.
Donors are responsible for maintaining records of their contributions and consulting with tax advisors to determine deductibility.
- Payment Processing and Platforms
Donations and payments are processed through third-party platforms, including Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Wise, Stripe, or others.
By using these platforms, you agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
- Dispute Resolution
For any disputes related to donations or payments, please contact TIAF customer service.
- Privacy Policy
TIAF values donor privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- Platform-Specific Fees
Some platforms may deduct processing fees from your contribution. Donors are encouraged to review the terms of the selected payment platform to understand applicable fees.
- International Donations
Donations made in currencies other than USD may be subject to exchange rates and additional fees determined by the payment platform.
- Changes to These Terms
TIAF reserves the right to update these terms as necessary. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
